4 medium corn on the cob, shucked
¼ cup bitter cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
Zest from 1 lime
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp paprika
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 bag Quest Scorching and Spicy Chips, crushed
½ cup cotija cheese
Lime wedges
Methodology
Grill corn till tender.
