This gorgeous dish is stuffed with flavors which are each hearty and light-weight. The cauliflower is seared after which roasted so that you get a little bit of char and sweetness. They’re served on high of Mushroom Mole and topped with a brilliant salad of cilantro and radish merely wearing lime and olive oil.
