At IAG Cargo we’re driven by a mission that goes beyond moving cargo— we’re dedicated to making a difference. Since our inception in 2011, born from the merger of British Airways World Cargo and Iberia Cargo, we’ve been entrusted by over 10,000 businesses worldwide— whether it’s keeping supermarket shelves stocked with essentials, delivering lifesaving medicines, supporting humanitarian relief efforts during crises, or ensuring that automotive production lines keep running smoothly.
At IAG Cargo, “Trusted to Deliver” is more than just a tagline— it’s our commitment to provide excellence to you, our customers. In an ever-evolving world, we remain dedicated to providing reliable and flexible cargo solutions that deliver life’s essentials across the globe. Every day, we serve as the unseen link that keeps the global economy moving, delivering goods that empower industries, support communities, and make a positive impact on society.

At the heart of delivering on this promise is our talented workforce, who embody “Trusted to Deliver” every day, ensuring each shipment is handled with precision and care. Our state-of-the-art cold chain solution, Constant Climate, is a prime example of our commitment to reliability and innovation in meeting these specialised demands.
Designed for the safe transportation of pharmaceuticals such as vaccines, biotech products, and diagnostic samples, this service ensures sensitive shipments are held in a temperature-controlled environment at all times. Our cutting-edge Constant Climate Quality Centre (CCQC) at London Heathrow offers 29 dedicated cool cells and temperature facilities available from +2°C to +8°C (COL), +15°C to +25°C (CRT) and -20°C (FRO). Connected to over 100 Constant Climate network stations worldwide, customers can be confident that even their most sensitive shipments will reach their destination in pure, potent condition.
Building a digital future
We believe that staying ahead means thinking ahead. That’s why we’ve embraced a digital-first approach. We’re laser focussed on investing in our digital transformation which includes enhancing the online experience for our customers worldwide. Our easy-to-use online booking portal on IAG Cargo.com streamlines the booking process from start to finish and provides customers greater transparency through real-time tracking information.
Our commitment to sustainability
At IAG Cargo, we’re positioning ourselves to become fit for the future by promoting sustainable practises across our operations and delivering sustainable logistics solutions for our customers. Sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) has been proven to achieve around 80% lower lifecycle emissions than traditional jet fuel and is a key aspect of our sustainability strategy. That’s why we recently signed a deal in partnership with DHL for the delivery of 60 million litres of SAF by the end of 2025, representing the largest SAF agreement between an airline and a customer to date. Not only will this reduce our greenhouse gas emissions by an estimated 165,000 tonnes, but it also underscores our commitment to collaboration aimed at driving positive change.
Continuing to deliver excellence
We’re more than just a cargo carrier; we’re a catalyst for positive change, connecting the world and delivering on our promise with every shipment. As we head into the winter season and beyond, we’ll continue to bolster our services with increased capacity and new routes spanning the globe. We remain committed to delivering all life’s essentials, driving global trade, and keeping the world’s economy turning.
And that is why we are Trusted to Deliver.
