DHL placed the final ex-LATAM 767-300ER (41993) conversion on its Panama-based DHL Aero Expreso subsidiary in the first quarter. Two more of the 2012- and 2013-vintage medium-widebody freighters (41997 and 41995) joined the DHL Aero Express fleet in August and November 2023, respectively.
As part of its Latin American fleet strategy, DHL removed the oldest 757-200F from its Aero Expreso subsidiary in Q3 2023. The aircraft was ferried to Roswell, N.M., (ROW) to be disassembled and parted out for inventory spares, leaving Aero Expreso with a fleet of four 767-300BCFs and one 757-200PCF.
Rousselin served in a dual role as managing director of aviation and general manager at DHL Aero Express for more than three years before being promoted to vice president of aviation in January 2024. Prior to joining DHL, Rousselin served as MRO director for Copa Airlines and senior aircraft maintenance and engineering manager for Avianca.
Cargo Facts LATAM will provide attendees with a forum to engage with key decision-makers in the air cargo market in the Latin American region.
