With a dedicated team available 7 days a week providing a fully monitored service from dispatch to delivery, Critical has become IAG Cargo’s cornerstone for customers seeking a time-critical solution for shipments that simply must fly.
How does Critical work?
The booking process for Critical shipments is simple and flexible. Critical can be booked from any destination on our network that has ground handling agents, and can be reserved online via IAG Cargo.com, email, or by calling the team directly for a quote. Once a booking is made and the shipment has been dispatched, Critical clicks into gear and the monitoring process begins.
The operations team is instantly alerted of an incoming critical booking to ensure readiness. They work seamlessly with our task prioritisation system to keep urgent shipments the top priority. Once delivered airside and loaded onto the aircraft, a Cargo Pallet Message (CPM) is generated to confirm the unit has been loaded successfully, and the customer is updated that the shipment is on the flight.
