POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced and organized Administrative Officer to join our team. This position requires a versatile individual who has experience in Performing cross-departmental tasks

We are looking for someone who is supremely organized, efficient, and who is a great team player while also being able to multitask work on and complete tasks independently.

QUALIFICATION:-BSc/HND

AGE:- 25-35 YEARS

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

Managing day-to-day administrative and filing systems activities using various computer packages – Word, Excel, PowerPoint,pdf,coreldraw,Adobe etc

Manage,oversee and develop general graphical solutions for product illustrations,magazine ,document, websites,blogs and other assigned graphics

Manage,oversee and supervise day-to-day accounting procedures and processes

Manage staffing recruitment and selection process

RESPONSIBILITIES NOT LIMITED TO:

Drafting letters, documents,taking minutes for meetings and reporting departmental activities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Answering the phone and queries

Manage all website WordPress updates designing, general web content, usability, architecture, development, maintenance, backup and design.

Must also have up to date knowledge about Email marketing structure.

Assists with general printing jobs,review designs for errors before printing or publishing them

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Assist with errands running

Strategically plan and manage logistics,deliveries and customer services

Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers

Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Arrange distribution, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments

Oversee financial reports for stockholders, taxes, regulatory agencies, banks and other financial groups relating to company finance

Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvement

Prepare financial statements and analysis for whole of the company

Oversee budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets

Document and interpret complicated financial information for managers and executive
