Nina Métayer makes one of the best muffins on the planet – no less than she obtained the “Finest Pastry Chef within the World” award in 2023, the primary lady ever to take action. Till now, solely males have obtained the highest award from the Worldwide Union of Bakers and Confectioners. We needed to understand how she achieved this and the way she prepares her signature tarte chocolat.

Too much FUQNG work 😱
😋
Still keep’s creating, perfecting and learning. Love the choc tart. What happens at 50 for her ?!
What I wonder if it's just sweet, bot clowning her or anything, but Americans and Europeans all they look for is two things, very very sweet or slightly sour, with a hint of salt, just wondering if they really taste good
what is the recipe
✨ 👍
Sometimes rejection propels you to the right path 🙏 ✨️ ♥️
Much ado about nothing.
I actually met Nina and stayed at the same hostel as her in Melbourne between 2008/9. She was a pleasant person to be around. I am happy for her success in life. Je suis contente pour toi, Nina.
Interesting content ❤
Wish to see content on cinque e cinque 🇮🇹
Nice works, engaged personality, but I don't know who decides she is the best pastry chef in the world. Sorry.
she's a proper frenchie through and through.. obsessive & married to perfect craftsmanship, razor sharp focus but still has a smiley & sunny disposition.. bravo!!
Wow! Her cakes look so enchanting 😋
so grolet is not the world's best?
An inspiring young woman. Wish her all the best, for her dedication and skill.

A huge Congratulations to Nina! 🙌
🔥
Talent, passion and 100% pure beauty
I remember her from a show on a French Channel, a competition, where promising young chefs competed and were judged by the best in the industry. I think she reached the final four but, truly struggled and cried much especially while making a red bag shaped dessert. It was a true mess. The winner was my favourite but, never heard anything about him ever since. I thought she was too fragile for the industry but, when I first saw her book a couple of years ago, I realised I'm the fragile one giving up on a similar dream early on because of a few setbacks. Inspirational.
My question is how does Nina Metayer produce such delicious pastries and stay so slim and beautiful!? If I dedicated my professional life to producing such scrumptious delicacies I would 300 lbs. 😂
❤❤❤
Go girl!
Her pastry look kind of unique, I rarely seen such a cake… If it's a building it's look like Sagrada Familia in Spain.
how? DEI.
Hats off. What an amazing story! 🎉
