500 kcal is way too few 😀 I make mostly same with without blueberries and instead of granola i add 50g of oats and 25g of almonds. It ends up around 1k kcal 😀

This is one of your first recipes I made. But I use whole milk. Skim milk is poison. I also substitute the protein powder for peanut butter. Delicious!

This single serve Ninja blenders are horseshhit!! The motor breaks after a few months. I had to throw mine out. Best off using a real Ninja blender like the 660. Mine has been holding up for 11 years now
