i'm allergic to pollen (mostly respiratory) and once took pollen and almost died, my nose and throat got completely clogged. Listen to Chris advice, if you have any type of pollen allergy, don't use bee pollen!

Just tried the green smoothie, was way too "spicy" – presumably from the ginger.
I really wish the measurements were in grams instead of cups. Volume is such a bad measurement for cooking, especially with solid shaped ingredients.

Great vid. Just a tip, i used to get confused myself. Greek yogurt has Probiotics not antibiotics. Pro=for, good for digestion amongst other bodily processes. Anti=against. Antibiotics are more commonly what the doctors give when we’re sick. Extra tip, if you take antibiotics at any point, wait 2-3 hours after and take a form of probiotics to get your digestion back in line.

Been following Chris now for over 7 years now…. Started of at 175lb now Im between 160 and 165lb with a body of a greek God. almost 40 yrs old now and I must say callisthenics is the way.
